Councillor for Ilfracombe East Ward
I am a ‘local’, and run a construction and 'groundworks' firm in the town. I am currently very active in Devon Area 19 Round Table, and active in Ilfracombe Round Table, an organisation that raises money for local charities. I am keen to contribute to the regeneration of my town. I am a town and district councillor, having started in 2003.
I sit on the Finance and General Purposes committee, the Strategy group and the Management committee. In addition, I am vice chair of the new 'Harbour Forum', and president of Ilfracombe Rugby Club, where we invented the World's first 'virtual bonfire'!
