Important report
As part of the Community Alliance ‘Strategic Action Plan’, there were 3 key areas identified for further study. These three were, the Larkstone/Brimlands youth and recreation area (Headed by Paul Yabsley), the Harbour development and breakwater study (Headed by Geoff Fowler), and the Town Centre area (Headed by Paul Crabb).
The latter group, together with the North Devon District Council, commissioned a report, and chose a consultant called Terence O'Rourke to prepare a study of our town centre. This report is listed here for your inspection. Make no mistake, this is a very important document, and will lead to major developments within areas of the town.
The report has been separated to make each download a managable size, and as part of that seperation, there may be tiny formatting differences between the original and these bite-size chapters. The size of each file is given next to the link for each section.
